At 48 years old, I never thought I would have fun exercising. This gym makes me feel so young! I can see improvement in my strength and mobility in just a couple of months. The trainers/coaches all have wonderful personalities. They have offered me remote training for when I am on business trips. The class sizes are small, so I can easily get personal modifications if I have a joint/muscle that is giving me trouble. I also have a key fob so I can weight train, stretch or cartwheel when there are no classes. At my old $10/mo. big box gym, I put in $10 worth of effort and saw very little (if any) improvement. MOVE is worth every penny because I feel stronger, more flexible, more toned and more energetic than I have in many years.
