Project Planche is a program I have designed that can take any person from “zero pushups” to full straddle planche for 10s+.

I have included exercises to strengthen all of the relevant muscle groups in a way that is directly conveyable to actually performing a planche.

As this is not a re/prehabilitation program per se, this program is best suited for individuals who simply have the ardent desire to achieve the planche as an iconic display of bodyweight mastery.

Ideally, this training program will be coupled with another upper body pulling skill such as front lever or muscle-up.You can begin this program in conjunction with your own pulling training as we develop further programs to address this!
