This program will explore all things spine. From the beginner to the advanced practitioner each individual will be able to progress through the program based off of their own individual spinal mobility and strength.

Throughout the six week program individuals will be taken through how to isolate moving portions of their spine as well as variations of arches, folds, twists & lateral bends. Learning how to move and treat your spine may be one of the most valuable tools in promoting longevity and graceful movement.
