At 48 years old, I never thought I would have fun exercising. This gym makes me feel so young! I can see improvement in my strength and mobility in just a couple of months. The trainers/coaches all have wonderful personalities. They have offered me remote training for when I am on business trips. The class sizes are small, so I can easily get personal modifications if I have a joint/muscle that is giving me trouble. I also have a key fob so I can weight train, stretch or cartwheel when there are no classes. At my old $10/mo. big box gym, I put in $10 worth of effort and saw very little (if any) improvement. MOVE is worth every penny because I feel stronger, more flexible, more toned and more energetic than I have in many years. I started working with Ashleigh after the first of the year focusing on my nutrition. Well Ashleigh did not give me a diet, over these months she has helped me redefine my health and wellness. We have regular check ins, some tough love 💗 and focus on eating well balanced, whole food choices as much as possible. I have learned what macros work for me and what supplements to enhance the journey. I am 54 and in menopause and the changes to my body and the way it responded to all the things it used to was so discouraging but Ashleigh cuts through all the noise. There are real tests and blood work to evaluate true levels not some stop light, one size fits all system of evaluating health.
