Group Classes
Train with a community that pushes you
Group classes at MOVE GST are small, coach-led sessions that combine gymnastics-inspired strength work, weight training, calisthenics, and dedicated flexibility training. Every class is fully scalable, so you train at your level while pushing alongside a community that holds you to a higher standard.

What you'll get
- ✓Expert coaching on every rep — not just at the start of a set
- ✓Scalable programming that meets you exactly where you are
- ✓Consistent community that keeps you accountable and motivated
- ✓Progressive skill development built into the class design
- ✓Access to gymnastics equipment not found in commercial gyms
This is for you if…
- →You have completed the Fundamentals program
- →You prefer the energy and accountability of training with others
- →You want consistent coached sessions at a price point below personal training
- →You are looking for a technical, skills-based approach to fitness rather than just cardio
The group class format at MOVE GST is built around technical precision and progressive overload. Each session follows a clear structure: a thorough warm-up, a skill or strength focus, and a conditioning component. The programming evolves over time so you are always working toward something, never just grinding the same routine.
Coaches are present for every rep. Unlike commercial gym classes where instruction is generic and technique is optional, every MOVE GST coach is trained to spot, correct, and scale for each individual within the group. You get the accountability of a community and the quality of expert coaching in every session.
Good to know
Questions, answered
Everything you need to know before your first session. Still curious? A coach is one call away.
Do I need to complete Fundamentals before joining group classes?
Yes. All new training members at MOVE GST complete the Fundamentals program first. This ensures you enter every group class with a safe movement baseline and can follow the coaching without being held back by foundational gaps.
How many people are in a class?
Classes are intentionally kept small so every member receives coaching attention throughout the session. We are not a large group fitness facility.
What is the programming like?
Every class follows a structured format: warm-up, skill or strength focus, and conditioning. The programming rotates and progresses so you are always developing, not just repeating the same movements.
Can I come as a complete beginner?
Yes — but you will start with Fundamentals first. Once you have completed that program, you will be ready to train in any group class at your own level.
